Return Policy

1. If you purchase our products as a consumer, you can return the products ordered if the packaging is intact and the products have an unbroken seal. To be able to make the return, you must notify us within fourteen (14) days from the delivery of the order or collection. To do so, send a duly completed standard form (which is found below) to help@novafitenergy.com, or by postal mail to our address indicated at the end of this page. We will shortly send you a return confirmation indicating the return address and other information if necessary.

2. The notification must contain the following information:

• The order number of the delivery,
• Your name and contact information, and
• A specification of the product(s) to be returned.

3. You must, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of notification, return the products to us. You are responsible for the return of the products. This means that the return is at your expense and that you are responsible for any damage to the products during shipping. Therefore, make sure that the products are well packaged during shipping.

4. Any payment made for products returned in accordance with the above sections will be refunded to you. You will also be refunded the standard shipping costs (i.e., the cheapest form of shipping available) if you return the entire order (i.e., not just a part of the order). If the returned products are damaged or if the value of the products is reduced in any other way due to your handling of the products, such reduction in value will be deducted from the refund.

5. You will receive the refund as soon as possible and, at the latest, fourteen (14) days from the date we have received the return shipment. The refund will be paid to you using the same payment method that you used to make the payment, unless otherwise agreed.
